Director with Emaron Group and is a Secretariat Member of the Human Resources Society of

Tanzania (HRSTA). Carl is a proficient Organization and Management Advisor, a seasoned

Facilitator in Training and Development programmes, a hands-on Project Manager,

passionate Events Coordinator and an engaging Motivational Speaker. His Clients pan across

the Public Sector, Private Sector, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Non-Governmental

Organizations (NGOs) for Business Advisory, Events, Team Building and a variety of

Management and Staff Training programs.
